foinIn the rustic setting of this little traditional working farm that has been continually occupied for 400 years, Olivier invites you to share his life. Here tradition is the operative word, where oxen, cows, mules, horses and donkeys are used for farm work and transport. His farm is near the Bastide de Sérou, well away from the main roads.

Olivier offers four guestrooms with shared bathrooms. (There is a bathroom on each of the three floors of the house.)

Olivier also proposes training in animal-powered traction, demonstrations, horse-training, and the sale of rustic breeds of draft animals.

One of his passions is cooking; he serves traditional peasant cooking, including Basque, Catalan and Ariégeois spécialities, prepared essentially from local products and vegetables from his garden. He also has a pronounced taste for the piano, and classical music in general.
