Start from Lavelanet Thurs. 17 July
For the stage Lannemezan-Foix the peloton will arrive in Ariège via the Col de Portet d'Aspet, pass through St Girons and take the D117 towards Foix. At Rimont the course will veer off into the low mountains to climb to the col de la Crouzette.
