This holiday rental is half of a house that was once a hotel-restaurant in Audinac-les-Bains, a former thermal station that knew its glory days a century ago. It is located 3 kms from the market town of Saint Girons in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The 100 m2 comprises 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, fitted kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, oven and cooker, fridge-freezer & microwave), all on one level on the first floor with a privage garage below containing a clothes washer. In the living room, two french doors open onto a balcony overlooking a small fenced garden. Situated nearly in the centre of the Couserans the house is convenient to all the tourist sites and mountain activities of Ariège: walking, horseriding, paragliding, gold, kayaking, rock climbing, fishing, villages fêtes and even mushroom gathering on the owners' property. The historic town of St Lizier is 3 kms away and the prehistoric cave at the Mas d'Azil is 18 km away. Audinac is 40 km from Guzet-Neige ski station.
