Camping Le Petit Pyrénéen ** in Le Mas d'Azil - Ariège Pyrenees
Kathleen and Dominique welcome you to the Petit Pyrénéen campground, located in the Regional Natural Park of the Ariège Pyrenees. You can stay here in quality holiday rentals or camp in flat, shaded pitches beside the river. You'll benefit from a quiet, spacious and convivial space.
Our campground is surrounded by little wooded hills and extends over 1.6 hectars. You can take advantage of a footpath to reach the shops in Le Mas d'Azil. This small town boasts a world famous prehistoric cave.
The activities of the campground will distract young and old with a swimming pool surrounding by greenery, themed evenings, games…
Other activities in the vicinity include walking and hiking, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing… The major tourist sites of Ariège (cathar castles, cave paintings…) are less than an hour away and Andorra is 90 minutes away by car.

A word from the owners

Our first recipe: The Petit Pyrénéen plate
Small or large salad with dried duck breast, duck gizzards, foie gras and local cheese on toast, lettuce, tomatoes and garlic croutons. Bon appetit!
