This independent house, which was completely renovated in 2002, is located a little, quiet village in the foothills of the Pyrenees, 6 kms from the thermal spa at Salies du Salat.
The house is surrounded by 1000 m2 of open land. Children will delight in the presence of farm animals nearby: dwarf goats, sheep, chickens and rabbits.
From the 50 m2 terrace, equipped with garden furniture and barbeque, you can admire the hundred year old ash tree and savour the tranquility of this small pyreneen village. Around Betchat you can walk or mountain bike along the numerous trails or even learn how to pan for gold in the Salat River.

The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living-dining room and kitchen area with TV, sofa and fireplace fitted with a wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, electric hob and in the pantry is a clothes washer, dishwasher and sink. 3 bedrooms on the first floor :
- 2 with a double bed (140cm) , window door and balcony
- 1 with a large single bed (120cm), window and balcony
- and a bathroom with bathtub and WC
