PRICES
They include :
Air travel from France, transfers, the horseriding, hotel and bed and breakfast accommodation, camping and meals depending on the program..
They don't include :
Cancellation insurance, repatriation assistance, individual accident insurance.
Personal expenses.
Air, train or other transport to reach the departure airport in France.

INSURANCE
Repatriation assistance insurance is indispensable.We advise you to obtain as well cancellation insurance and insurance for baggage theft.
Except if explicitly mentioned by you on the inscription form, you will be billed for all-risk insurance at the moment of inscription.
Payment by credit card does not provide all guarantees. In that case, you will be billed for complementary insurance.
If you do not wish to subscribe to these insurances, we will ask for details of your personality liability insurance-repatriation insurance and a letter of exoneration.

CANCELLATION ON OUR PART
If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be cancelled 31 days before departure. In that case, the persons inscribed will be fully reimbursed but they will not be able to claim any indemnity whatsoever.

CANCELLATION ON YOUR PART
If you must cancel, inform us immediately. Expenses billed are those corresponding to your date of cancellation.
Up to a month before departure, the sums paid are fully reimbursed, with deductions for insurance.
Between 30 and 21 days, 30% of the price of the trip is retained.
Between 20 and 15 days, 50% of the price of the trip is retained.
Between 14 and 8 days, 70% of the price of the trip is retained..
Less than 8 days, the price of the trip is retained.
Your non-appearance at the meeting time gives no right to any reimbursement.
All voluntary interruption on your part, for whatever cause, gives no right to any reimbursement.

RESPONSABILITIES
During the itinerary we will be at times in isolated areas where rescue services could take substantial time to arrive.
By participating you accept the possible risks and absolve the organiser and the guides of responsibility.
East participant must follow the advice and directions given by the guides. The organiser cannot be held responsible in cases of non respect of his advice and directions. The organiser and the guide reserve the right to modifiy a program or itinerary if circumstances demand

RESERVATION, INSCRIPTION
A reservation is confirmed only upon reception of the inscription form signed and accompanied by a deposit of 30%
The balance is due 40 days before date of departure.

HEALTH AND FORMALITIES
No vaccination is obligatory.
Recommended vacinations : tetanus and hepatitis.
No visa required for French nationals but passport necessary.

FORMULA
Trips are 9 days of which 6 on horseback. The group is composed of a minimum of 6 riders, 12 maximum. Each rider is responsible for looking after his/her horse: bandaging it, saddling and desaddling it and helping to care for it.

ACCOMMODATIONS, MEALS
Off the trail : nights in bed and breakfasts and hotels.
On the trail : tent camping

ACCOMPANIMENT
The trip is led by a professional, accredited French equestrian guide along with an accredited Moroccan guide.

HORSES, TACK
The horses are Barbe Arab equipped with trekking saddles.

EQUESTRIAN COMPETENCE
These treks are reserved for adult riders possessing an intermediate or advanced riding abilty.
