The gîtes Mandinat are situated at 390 m altitude in a small hamlet near Foix. The hamlet is very quiet and surrounded by meadows and forests. The property consists of 2 attached gîtes plus the owner's house on 1500 m2 of fenced land. A large area of lawn and trees is perfect for relaxing.

The gîtes are convenient to a wide variety of Ariège tourist sites as well as numerous outdoor leisure and cultural activities.

First floor : 2 bedrooms 2 double beds and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Electric heating in each room.
Outside: 120 m2 private terrace and 1500 m2 of land common to both gîtes with 3 sets of garden furniture, parasols and barbeque.
Private 120 m2 terrace. There is a parking space that the car must be reversed into.
