The gîte Mandinat is situated at 390 m altitude in a small hamlet near Foix. The hamlet is very quiet and surrounded by meadows and forests. The property consists of 2 attached houses (including owner's residence) on 1500 m2 of fenced land. A large area of lawn and trees above a little independent house near a wood shed is perfect for relaxing.
The gîte is convenient to a wide variety of Ariège tourist sites as well as numerous outdoor leisure and cultural activities.

The attached house comprises a small living room with TV, telephone, coffee table, armchairs; a kitchen with fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob, oven and microwave; bathroom with shower, WC and clothes washer; 1 bedroom with a double bed and fans.
Outdoors : flat private terrace with garden furniture, parasols, barbecue and lounge chairs, 40 m2 of sloping land with flowering plantations, and 1500 m2 of grounds common to both houses.
There is a parking space that the car must be reversed into.
Electric heating in each room (extra charge).
