Holiday gîte for 2 people

This is a small independent house with 36 m2 of living space located 12 m from the owners' house.

The gîte is on the first floor; the ground floor is the owners' garage and a little-used utility room.

The gîte comprises a living room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a two-person couch; a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with tub and a separate WC. There is a television, a clothes washer and a microwave oven.

Outside is a small private garden of 70 m2 with garden furniture and a barbeque. You also have free access to the owners' swimming pool from mid-May to mid-October.

Madame and Monsieur Cancela are pleased to receive you all year round.
