On our grandparents farm, built in 1836 and which we have lovingly renovated, you can relax on the terrace and forget the stress and agitation of the city while admiring the view of the Pyrenees.
Our farm is situated at 500 m elevation, 13 kms from St Girons and 10 kms from the famous roman town of St Lizier.
After a full and active day -- visiting a crafts market, walking or cycling in the mountains, horseriding at the neighboring riding centre -- you'll appreciate the peace and quiet at l'Esclopier.
Jean-Marc can show both young and old how to pan for gold in the nearby Salat river. You'll have the pleasure of bringing back a souvenir of gold flakes from your stay in Ariège.

In the evening we'll offer you an aperitif before sampling our regional specialities. We serve mainly produce from our farm: our grain-fed, free-range poultry, lamb from the farm next door, vegetables from our garden... Here each season promises pleasant surprises for our table. We offer you a simple, sincere welcome and hope you'll take away unforgettable memories from your stay at our house. We look forward to meeting you.
We have 4 bedrooms, each with its own WC and bathroom

- 1 family room with 1 double bed, one single bed and a baby cot
For all guests there is a common lounge with a TV, sofas and fireplace and outside a terrace, garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. You also have at your disposal a clothes washer, fridge-freezer, and for motorcyclists a secure garage.
