The bed and breakfast Les Noisetiers is located on the edge of the village of Seix (700 inhabitants) in the High Couserans at 500 m elevation. It is adjacent to the owners' house.

The spot is very quiet; you can reach the village centre on foot in 5 minutes via a small track. There you'll find all all shops and services: a bakery, butcher, grocery stores, sporting goods shops, post office, pharmacy, doctors offices, restaurants, cafés, crafts shops, news agent, etc.

The Salat river, beloved of trout fishermen, runs through the village.

Leisure activities in the vicinity :
- riding centre, kayaking, walking and hiking. There are numerous mid-elevation starting right from the villagewaymarked paths : mountain walking trails 15 minutes away by car. There is a rock-climbing site for all abilities 30 minutes away by car.
The thermal spa of Aulus-les-Bains is 20 kms away.
The downhill ski station Guzet is 30 minutes by car, with bus service available during the French school holidays.

The bed and breakfast has a separate entrance and a private parking spot. Guests have use of 40 m2 of space on the ground floor and first floor.

On the ground floor is :
- a salon with a large bay window, 160 cm wide convertible couch, table and chairs.
- a kitchen area with a fridge, 2-burner hob, sink, microwave, cabinets, toaster and coffeemaker.
-A bathroom with sink, shower and WC.

On the upper floor is a room with a 140cm double bed.

The bed and breakfast is heated electrically but also has a woodburning stove. Wood flooring upstairs and down.

Outside you have a covered terrace equipped with table, chairs, barbeque, two lounge chairs and a large garden with lawn.
