| At the "3C" -- Charm, Calm, Comfort -- we prize tranquility and relaxation. The renovated family farmhouse sits on 25 ha of land surrounded by a flower garden. Next to the property is a small pond and the Ariège river bordered by woods.
Ramondé le Bas is at 300 m elevation in the countryside, 2 km from Pamiers and 45 minutes from Toulouse and Carcassonne. On site, you can relax in the large, tree-filled grounds or by the banks of the river. At your disposal is a pétanque pitch (boules) and a library. Nearby leisure activities include skiing, golfing (18 hole course), tennis, swimming, and walking. Pamiers is convenient to all the major tourist sites in Ariège such as Cathar castles and prehistoric caves. |

 The rooms (in reality one large suite) are very spacious and pleasant, furnished with antiques and Gisèle has paid particular attention to comfort and ambiance. The suite best suits a party of 4 family members or friends. The bathroom and the WCs are accessed independently of the rooms.
The Arum Lilies room : contains a large double bed and a sitting area - The living room is a convivial place to enjoy your breakfast. In winter a log fire blazes in the fireplace. In summer you can eat on the terrace in the shade of the wisteria.
