This restored former farmstead is situated on the Arize massif at 850m elevation and 12 km from the town of Foix. It's surrounded by 40 hectars of woods and meadows.

The domain is heavily wooded and is home to much wildlife. It's not uncommon to see deer come to graze close to the houses and in autumn the impressive mating call of the stag breaks the silence.

In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy horseriding, fishing, tennis and of course walking on the numerous trails nearby. Other mountain activities such as paragliding, hanggliding, rafting, skiing and snowshoeing can be practiced in a 20 km radius.

Thanks to its central location in the department, the principal tourist sites (caves, châteaux, museums, scenic routes, etc.) as well as markets, shops and services are easily accessible from Le Poulsieu.

Gite Paris (sleeps 2 to 4)

The gîte comprises :
- a living area with télévision, fireplace with woodburning stove, foldout couch, kitchen area with hob and stove, refridgerator and microwave.
- A bathroom with shower, WC and clothes washer
- A bedroom with a double bed.

It has a private entrance and a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque and has a view of the surrounding forested hills.

Gîte Amsterdam (sleeps 4 to 6)

It comprises :
-a large, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen (hob and stove, microwwave, dishwasher, refridgerator)
- a living room with a fireplace with woodburning stove, couch, armchair and television
- a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, wc, sink and clothes washer
First floor
- a bedroom with a double bed and baby cot
- a bedroom with 4 single beds
- a wc with sink

There is also a private entrance and a terrace with garden furniture.
