The glassed-in terrace of the restaurant overlooks the Ariège River, offering a panoramic view of the imposing castle of Gaston Phoebus which, when illuminated in the evening gives this spot a fairytale ambiance.
In this refined and but relaxed atmosphere you'll savour the earthy, gastronomic cuisine of Mr Lamotte, who is cited in numerous restaurant guides: Tables Gourmandes de l'Ariège, Petit Futé, Hubert, Académie Européenne de la gastronomie française, France Etapes, etc. Le Phoebus also obtained 2 forks in the Michelin Guide of 2001.
