Christiana and Rik welcome you to their mountain home where you'll find rest, tranquility and a splendid view over the Massat valley and the pyreneen chain around the Mont Valier.

Las Trinquades is situated at 870m elevation near the Col de Port, which is well known by amateurs of the Tour de France. It's a passage between the Tarascon and Massat valleys, on the Massat side, 7 kms from that village and 30 kms from the town of Saint Girons.

You'll take breakfast in our large dining room with a view

This exquisite region invites you to explore it on foot, on horseback, or on mountain bikes. The bravest cyclists will see fit to climb the cols nearby. Armed with binoculars and a compass, you can explore the mountains and wooded hills, observing the abundant wildlife. In winter you can go alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Several prehistoric caves and other elements from the distant past are found in the vicinity and merit a visit.
Some of you might be inspired to write, paint or sculpt.
Las Trinquades and its surroundings offer an abundance of possibilities to choose from.

We offer 4 individual chalets that can accommodate 3 people, furnished with:
- a large double bed and a single bed
- a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- a private terrace with a view over the valley

A copious breakfast is served in the morning in our "dining room with a view."
