Visit our horse farm "Equilsoisirs"

 Our farm is 45 minutes from Toulouse in the middle of green rolling hills at the foot of the Pyrenees. The gîtê sits on a hill overlooking the valley and was built by us, using noble, natural materials: wood, earth, hemp, lime... all applied by hand. Water is heated by solar energy, the toilet, washing machine and outdoor tap are fed from a rainwater tank and in winter the house is heated with a good woodburning stove.We are in the heart of a wildlife reserve where hunting is forbidden. You'll see horses grazing in the pastures of the wooded hills of the "Petites Pyrénées" which you can explore on foot accompanied by a donkey or on horseback over the numerous walking and riding trails. |

On the ground floor: Sitting room opening out on a terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC and double bedroom. We raise Mérens and Castillon horses and organise horseriding trips and outings for all ages. See our other page Equiloisirs for information about this. We also have a small campsite of 6 pitches with tipis for rent.
