Our gîte is situated in the commune of Aleu, a small Ariège village at 800m elevation. La Fount Sainte means "the sainted fountain" and is the name of the spot where the gîte is located.

Facing full south toward the Pyreneen chain and the majestic Mont Valier (2838 m), the gîte is a newly built 70 m2 house that is attached to the owners' restored traditional mountain house, with its own entrance, terrace, garden and a private pool.

In a radius of less than 20 minutes drive you can practice all the mountain activities such as rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, canoeing, hiking, trail riding on horseback or walking with donkeys. The ski station at Guzet is 35 minutes away and Andorra is 100 kms away.
