| La Communion is a former farmstead situated on 18 hectars of land, including 5 hectars of hundred year old oak trees. The property is just 100 metres over the Ariège border in the department of Haute Garonne, 55 kms from Toulouse, and enjoys a view of the Pyreneen chain.
The farm is under organic cultivation (wheat, sunflower and soy) but is not at all bothersome. In the town of Montesquieu (5 kms) you'll find all shops and services as well as numerous producers of organic products and regional specialities. |

The main farmhouse has been transformed into 2 attached gîtes and the owners' house. A pool, sauna (for a modest charge), a bread oven and a ping-pong table are at the disposal of the gîte guests. There is also a small camp site on the farm with 6 pitches.
The vast surrounding land invites relaxing, outdoor living in a warm, convivial family ambiance. Gitte and Jochen will be able to advise you on the numerous recreational and cultural activities available in the region. During the summer they occasionally organise drinks parties or barbeques for all the vacationers at La Communion. |
