The Hotel de la Tour is situated on the right bank of the Salat river, at the foot of the ancient centre of the romanesque town of Saint Lizier. The restaurant that overlooks the river offers not only an attractive setting but also innovative, delicious cuisine while respecting the flavours of the local products.
