Francis and Maryse Puech's father, who loved Ariège and the mountains in general, opened this hotel-restaurant near St Girons and the historic town of St-Lizier over 30 years ago. Since then, his son and daughter have carried on with the family business while making improvements for the greater comfort of their guests.
