Francis and Maryse Puech's father, who loved Ariège and the mountains in general, opened this hotel-restaurant near St Girons and the historic town of St-Lizier over 30 years ago. Since then, his son and daughter have carried on with the family business while making improvements for the greater comfort of their guests. The cordial, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and Maryse's generous table based on traditional cuisine, which features many original dishes using local products, will surely make you feel like prolonging your stay.
