The gîte La grange d'Arlette (Arlette's barn) is situated at 1000m altitude in the hamlet of Eylie d'en Haut in the high Biros valley in the heart of the Pyrenees.

An old renovated barn on the GR10 transpyreneen hiking trail, it's a detached house located near the gîte "La grange de Claude".

The gite is very comfortable with a warm ambience, combining simplicity and authenticity.

The access is by foot over 100 metres from the parking lot (about a 2 minute walk).

 

 

 

The gîte comprises a ground floor with a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, dish washer, clothes washer, electric oven and hob), sitting area with fireplace and TV, a bathroom with shower and separate WC.

On the first floor, 2 bedrooms on a mezzanine (1 140 cm double bed and 2 single beds), and a private terrace with a view of the mountains.

On site:
Point of departure for numerous walks (family walks, summits, lakes, circuits...) Possibility of taking meals at a gîte d'étape nearby, by reservation.

In the vicinity:
Interesting little villages (Sentein and its fortified church, Antras, Irazein..); fishing, tennis, horseriding, mountain biking, themed guided walks. There is a municipal pool 15 kms away.
