The gîte is very easy to find, located at the entrance to St Lizier, a village with about 20 inhabitants but with a grocery store, café-restaurant and even a municipal swimming pool. Behind an unexceptional facade it reveals its charm to whoever knows to penetrate it: a stone built house with a large, south-facing garden offering a pretty view and numerous living spaces: a veranda with a small interior garden, a salon with a large balcony and bay window looking out on the mountains of the cirque de Cagateille, a large dining room with a fireplace, an old bread oven (which once produced all the bread for the valley) and a small kitchen for guests' use that opens onto the balcony.

The bedrooms are simple and full of warmth:
- three bedrooms sleeping 3 people, under the roof, spacious enough to install an extra bed. One of them has a private bathroom. There is a toilet and shower room in the corridor.
- Two bedrooms with exposed stone walls sleeping 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Shared toilet and bathroom in the corridor.
- A bedroom sleepng 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds with a separation) with a private shower room. Toilet in the corridor.
- A dormitory sleeping 5-6 people with a shower room. Toilet in the corridor.
