The gîte is part of a restored farm on which, not so long ago, my grandfather raised Gascony cows.

L'Estive is a small house comprising a groundfloor and a first floor under the roof.

The 35m2 ground floor is composed of a kitchen corner and a large living and dining room with a big open fireplace. It opens out onto a terrace and connecting garden from which you can admire the surrounding mountains and the high peaks of the Pyrenees.

The 55m2 first floor is composed of a large open-plan bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), two single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with shower and WC. It's a pleasant room decorated predominantly with wood furniture, creating a warm ambiance.

L'Estive can sleep 4 people and has all modern comforts (gas hob and stove, microwave, clothes washer and dryer, TV with satellite and Canal Plus as well as a DVD player.

There are a multitude of outdoor activities that an be praticed: skiing at Guzet 15 kms away, mountainbiking on the many trails around the village, walking to high altitude lakes and on the GR10 transpyreneen hiking trail, etc.

Price includes the electricity, water and firewood as well as sheets and duvets.
