A small, traditional house situated 2 kms from the village of Oust, this house is situated at 500 m altitude in the quiet hamlet of Escampis. Southfacing, very private even though near other houses, it has a view over the valley and of the Mont Valier.

Nearby acitivities include of course walking a either on the well-marked paths at mid-altitude or more challenging hiking in the high mountains. The Garbet river 1 km away is excellent for trout fishing; Guzet-Neige ski resort is a 20-minute drive from the house. Also in a 10 km radius is a tennis court, two horseriding centers, donkey hire, kayaking and rafting.

From the car park, several steps lead down to the terrace in front of the entryway. The doorway give directly onto the large living/dining room/kitchen containing a fireplace, convertible sofa, buffet and large dining table. The kitchen area is equipped with gas stove and oven, refrigerator and micro-wave oven. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and sink and a separate toilet.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one a single bed. Outside is a terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. In the little attached barn is a clothes washer.
