This vacation village is located in the commune of Seix, a small Pyrenean town of 650 inhabitants at 500 m altitude. The village is situated at the confluence of 3 rivers, at the foot of the Mont Valier (2 838 m) and not far from Spain and Andorra. The nearest market town is St Girons, 20 kms away. Numerous mountain activities can be practiced in the vicinity: rafting, kayaking, fishing, canyoning, rock climbing, walking, horseriding, mountain biking, cycle touring, relaxing at the thermal spa in Aulus-les-Bains (15 kms), downhill and cross-country skiing at Guzet (18 kms), etc.

The group gîte comprises:
On the ground floor, a large dining room to accommodate 60 people with a large fireplace and a fully equipped food service kitchen, a TV room and a game room.

On the first floor: a dormitory with 18 beds and full bathroom facilities (showers, sinks, toilets). In addition there are 3 studios on the first floor that can accommodate 12 people.

The vacation village also has 6 chalets for 5+2 people, 3 studios for 2+2 people and a campground with 20 pitches.
