Perched at 800 m altitude, 4 kms from Seix, on a col overlooking several valleys and with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountain peaks, this former barn was renovated over 25 years by Sylvie and René, photographers who were enchanted by the incredible view and the harmony and tranquility of the spot.

Now obliged to live closer to their photography studio in St Girons, they offer you the opportunity to experience, as they did, the daily transformations of the landscape in springtime, warm evenings on the terrace in summer, the sea of mist in the valleys on autumn mornings or winter nights by the crackling fire in this house of wood and stone, a bit lost in the middle of the unspoilt nature one of the most beautiful regions of France.

The 125 m2 house can accommodate 8 people:

In Seix you'll find many shops and services: grocery, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, medical offices, sports and clothing shops, ski and showshoe hire, bookshop, cafés, restaurants, post office, tourist office, mountain guides.

Sheets, pillowcases and towels can be hired for 10 euros per person per week.

Alpine skiing at Guzet (25 km); cross-country skiing at the Col de la Core (8 km); snowshoeing can often be practiced right from the house.

Hiking : there are numerous walking trails at high and mid-elevation for all tastes and levels of ability. Several circuits start near the house. Also possible: mountain biking, horseriding, caving and canyoning.
