  Corinne, Patrick and their children welcome you to the Pisciculture de l'Arget just 2 kms from Foix and 45 minutes from Toulouse. This former iron forge dating from 1870 has been recently renovated and transformed into a bed and breakfast to receive you... On site, you'll be able to visit our fish farm where we raise 3 types of trout. You can try fishing for them yourself in our "parcours de pêche" along the river. There's also a picnic area, children's play area, and a hammock to relax in under the trees by the riverside. |
Upon your arrival, you'll be able to pause on the pretty wooden terrace, which covers the basin in which our trout grow, to savour the peace and quiet and listen to the sound of flowing water. |
 On the ground floor of the house is a salon with a firepace, TV and library where you will be served breakfast and dinner (by reservation).Your host Patrick, a cook by profession, will introduce you to his best recipes or cook any trout you'll have caught during the day. |
| Our first guest room "Le chemin des Oliviers" (The Olive Tree Path) for 2 persons, with disabled access, is decorated in soft green tones and Louis Philippe style furnishings, including a double bed and matching wardrobe. The vast bathroom contains a big shower, a WC, washbasin and a towel dryer.
On the first floor, an invitation to travel: the Guyana room in warm yellow tones for 3 persons has a view of the countryside. It contains a double bed, a convertible sofabed for 1 and a vanity table. Its bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and towel dryer receives the early morning sun. Separate WC. The third room, the "Tahitienne" is decorated in tones of the Pacific, seashells and palm trees. With its large double bed and one single bed it can accommodate 3 people.
