  Claudine and Charles Daffis are horticulturists living in the Bellongue valley, along the Bouigane River and near the road that leads to the Col de Portet d'Aspet. They welcome to their garden campground nature lovers seeking peace and quiet and who enjoy walking in the mountains.Their garden has 15 flat, grassy pitches of 80 to 100 metres square, shaded and bordered with flowering hedges which the couple grow in their nursery. The washing and toilet facilities are clean and spacious. |
| Their traditional stone house has two rooms reserved for bed and breakfast guests; next to it is their nursery where the couple raise fruit trees (ancient varieties native to the southwest) and over 300 varieties of ornamental shrubs.
There is a large library of reference material on the Pyrenees at your disposal: magazines, walking guides, books on the history, geography and popular arts and traditions of these mountains. |
