Ax-les-Thermes is a thermal spa town with 80 hot springs and a downhill ski station (altitude 1400 m – 2400 m) with 75 km of pistes, 18 lifts and snowmaking equipment. Situated in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees, 75 minutes from Toulouse and 30mn from Andorra, Ax is also doted with excellent cross-country ski domains, (Chioula station 15 minutes away à and the Plateau de Beille 35 minutes). It is also an excellent base for hiking in the high mountains as well as at mid-elevation.

The Residence is ideally situated in the heart of town, 100m metres from the ski lifts, 30 m from the thermal spa and 100 m from the crèche.

The residence comprises 5 comfortable apartments with an elevator and mechanical ventilation.
All the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 burners and extractor fan.
Every apartment has a television and each has available a 2 m² ski storage space on the ground floor.

- T2*, sleeps 4; ground floor (42 m2): separate entrance with closet, bedroom with double bed, sitting room with convertible couch (2 places) and dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with tub, sink, and WC.

- T4*, sleeps 8; first floor (64 m2): separate entrance with closet, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1bedroom with bunk beds, sitting room with double convertible couch and dining area, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with tub or shower stall, sink, and WC.

- T3*, sleeps 6; second floor (50 m2) : separate entrance with closet, 2 bedrooms with double bed, sitting room with double convertible couch and dining area, ktichenette, bathroom with tub, sink and WC.

- T2* sleeps 4; third floor (40 m2): separate entrance with closet, bedroom with double bed, sitting room with double convertible couch and dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with tub, sink and WC.,

- T2* sleeps 4; 4th floor (40 m2): separate entrance with closet, bedroom with double bed, sitting room with double convertible couch and dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with tub, sink and WC., (elevator does not go directly to this apartment: access via staircase from third floor.)

*T2, T4, T8 : the number after the T indicates the number of rooms excluding the kitchen.
