In the setting of an authentic 19th century Gascon inn you'll rediscover the flavours of yesteryear in the traditional dishes cooked over a wood fire just as the Ariégeois used to prepare them.

Paul Fontvieille is pleased to welcome you to his new restaurant dedicated to the past and the savoir faire of our grandmothers, from the kitchen garden to the plate. Over a wood fire in the massive fireplace he concocts before you savoury dishes from family recipes passed down through the generations.

From carrots, leeks, cabbage... Paul and his team prepare for you soups, "garbure" and other gastronomic dishes for meals worthy of the name, not forgetting the famous côte de boeuf and other savoury meats.
