Sleeps 6. 125m2, 3 bedrooms
Ground floor:
- entryway with a staircase leading to two bedrooms in the tower
- 1 bathroom with large tiled shower, washbasin, toilet and towel dryer on the wall
- 1 WC
- large living room with couch, armchairs, TV, floor heating, large American-style kitchen (dishwasher, clothes washer, fridge-freezer, pyrolyse oven, vitro-ceramic cooker, microwave oven) opening onto the living/dining area (large oak farmhouse table, benches and chairs)

From the living room, a handbuilt elm staircase leads to the "chalet" bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be moved together. A window-door opens out onto a private terrace with garden furniture (very pleasant in summer).

First floor:
- the Tower bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed (access from entryway)
- the Hearts bedroom (access from entryway)
- the Chalet bedroom (access off the living room)

There is a second private terrace with garden furniture in the shade of the wisteria on the south side. A third outdoor space at the top of the garden, facing the mountains, is shared with the other gîte and contains a table and chairs.

Parking area. Baby high chair and folding baby cot available upon request.

Prices are all inclusive in May, June, July, August, September.
The rest of the year, electricity consumption above 15 kw/day is extra
Security deposit: 300 €

Optional :
- sheets, towels and household linen hire 10 € / person
End of stay cleaning: 40€
